Michael Mills and his team did a great job, even working on the weekend to keep us on schedule. They did an extremely thorough job, finding additional cracks that we wouldn't have found until we pulled the carpet back. The team provided us with a clear explanation of the work, which made us feel comfortable with the repairs."

"Just a quick note, to let you know how much I appreciate the manner in which your people handled themselves in an office building environment. They were polite, courteous, and most of all sensitive to safety not only for themselves, but also for the tenants. Working in a high rise presented a few other issues that concerned the tenants, which your people handled very diplomatically. For Example:
-Protecting the pigeons
-getting off the ledge during a thunderstorm because the tenants were in a frenzy about your men's safety
-crawling quietly out of executive corner offices without disturbing workday
moving furniture, etc.

"TRANCO subcontracted over $90,000.00 of window-seal remediation and glass replacement work to Dulaney Exterior Solutions on the Brook Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The work was performed over a 12 month period commencing in September 1994. Stringent inspection by the Corps of Engineers required superior workmanship which was further proven through intensive field testing.
Dulaney Exterior Solutions performed the work in a more than satisfactory manner and capably represented TRACO as its remote agent in various meetings and field tests.
TRACO would not hesitate to employ Dulaney Exterior Solutions on any future project of similar complexity."
